Jaguars (2-10) Vs Titans (3-9)
Tennessee Titans (-3.5)
T40.5

The Tennessee Titans aim for their second win in three games this Sunday as they host the Jacksonville Jaguars in an AFC South matchup. After an impressive victory in Houston, the Titans suffered a disappointing 42-19 loss to the Commanders, marking a rough outing for their defense, which allowed 463 yards. Meanwhile, the Jaguars nearly pulled off an upset against the Texans, covering the spread in a 23-20 loss. Unfortunately for head coach Doug Pederson, that defeat extended Jacksonville's losing streak to five games. Both teams will be looking to turn their fortunes around in this critical divisional clash.

  • Things to look out for
Mac Jones back under center

Jones threw two touchdown passes to Parker Washington and Brian Thomas during the loss on Sunday. He stepped in as the starting quarterback after Trevor Lawrence was ruled out due to a hard hit to the head while sliding. Jones' performance showcased his readiness to lead the team in challenging situations.

Brian Thomas Jr needs targets

Brian Thomas Jr. had a solid performance in the Jaguars' 23-20 loss to Houston, catching 4 of 10 targets for 76 yards and a touchdown. He also added 11 rushing yards on one attempt. Thomas scored a six-yard touchdown pass from Mac Jones late in the fourth quarter, narrowing the deficit.

Nick Westbrook-Ikhine

Against the Commanders on Sunday, Westbrook-Ikhine showcased his skills by scoring twice, bringing his total to eight touchdowns in the last eight games. He received a season-high eight targets, accounting for a 21.6% target share, and recorded 61 receiving yards. He looks poised to continue his hot streak this week.

Titans QB situation is still bad

Will Levis completed 18 of 37 passes for 212 yards and two touchdowns in the Titans' 42-19 loss to the Commanders. Despite throwing two touchdown passes and not committing any turnovers, he struggled with accuracy on several throws. Levis will look to improve as the season progresses.
